Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.
It seems to me from your history that you are somewhat sensitive to dust in your workplace in Bombay which are causing your symptoms which are most probably asthma like. You need to prove your diagnosis by serial peak-flowmetry both on and off the job. Consult a pulmonologist for this. Best solution is leaving your job. If not possible then you should have to use personal protection from dust while on work or treatment of symptoms if present.
Thank you.
Regards,
Dr Arnab Maji
