The common symptoms of pregnancy are nausea;vomiting;dizziness;breast tenderness;increased frequency of urine ;if you have any of these then you may be pregnant.If you have done the pregnancy test that is positive and you want to go in for abortion then it is better to consult a Gynaecologist ;He/she will tell you the better option for abortion so please contact a Gynaec.
