Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
Kids are sensitive to weather changes/temperature changes, she alrdy has cough and cold. Its better , not to let her be in a/c or cold air. Cold air from a/c makes the respiratory passages dry and thus more cough and more running nose.
You can take homeopathic remedies , safely if this is a recurrent problem or persists for long time.
