What medicine should I take to stop hair fall ?

sir,im 17years female getting my hair fall from nearly 2 years,i make so many efforts to grow my hair long and strong but they are used what your is advice,tablets.

1) Head bath with conditioner shampoo 2 times per week..,
2) Tab Boitin 10 mg for 30 days....daily after Breakfast...,
3) Minoxidil 5% and Aminexil 5% combination lotion ...
daily apply oin scalp night times...,
4) Take good nutrtion diet with fresh fruits and vegetables...,

U r very young and i should put it across that fall upto 100 strands of hair per day is normal. Keep your scalp healthy and also dandruff free. Inspite of that if the hairfall doesnt come down then meet the dermat, he might prescribe minoxidil topical application and vit e. Dont take the medications without prescription

you need to find out the reason for it
it may be due to
-thyroid problem
if you have any ,first to correct it
eat high protein diet like pulses and green veg .
milk and eggs are good
biotin tab like keraglow will help you most .
minoxidil will work also
but better to consult dermatologist first
