What Medicine Should I Take For Headache, Chest Cold As I Am Having Sinus Also ?
I have headache ,chest cold and tears in my eyes.what medicine should i take.i am 23 yrs old boy.i am having sinus starting stage.cold is there for the past one week.. Thank you Baskar R

Hi you will need antibiotics for this.But before that a doctors visit is needed so that your chest can be heard and an xray may be needed sos.

Looks like you have a URTI, normally we wud start on something like levoflox 500 OD for 5 days but get yourself examined by a doc..

Dear, probably you are having URI. Do as follows:
1) Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg OD x 6 days
2) Tab. Aspirin 2 tabs 3-4 times a day for headache
3) Take a cough syrup-- like Benadryl 2 tsf 3 times a day
4) Take steam inhalation, do warm water gargles
Note that some of these medicines are prescription medicines.
If no improvement in 2-3 days, please consult an ENT specialist. Good luck.
