hi welcome to hcm the best way is to taking steam which is best for cold then you take any anticold like diominic dca 1tab in mor or 1tab in eve for 3days.
also do warm water gargle plus take turmeric milk

its basically allergic. avoid allergen like dust, smoke, cold foods or drink. if its not too severe can just use steam inhalation. else can use simple antiallergn tablet once at night for symptomatic relief.
