What Medicine Can Replace Anafranil, Without Erectile Dysfunction As Side Effect?

My husband hears voices and he takes anaphornil for them. it works for that but it has given him ED for years! We have tried all the meds to counteract itl, but they don t work. Can you PLEASE tell me what other med would stop the voices and not give him ED?

Anafranil is a antidepressant and it would not help in stopping hearing for voices. In that case, he needs some antipsychotic like aripiprazole that would control this hearing to voices and erectile dysfunction. Better to consult a psychiatrist for further management.
