Dear Rajsekhar:

I am not sure what you mean by scratch. If it is hyperpigmented patches i.e. darker skin spots then there is really some good homeopathic medicines like Arsenic Album 30C taken weekly one dose can help you.

If you have not tried applying lemon juice on these spots then you should also try applying lemon juice.

u have scar which left after chickenpox infection
it is very common
it occur due to scratching of the lesion at the time of infection
u need to consult dermatologist
no cream will improve ur condition
treatment u needed is any of the
keep in mind that all thes can make it better but not cure 100%.
