What Medications Is Suggested For Pimple Noticed On The Penis?

Hi, I have a 10 month old son who I bathe every day. Yesterday I noticed a worm like pimple on his penis, right under the folds of his skin where he was circumsized. It wasnt red or swollen but it looked like a grain of rice was under his skin. I gently squeezed it and a white cheezy substance came out from both ends. The substance was similar to that from a pimple. The lump remained there but would no longer drain. It wasnt painful for him when I drained it either. Im not sure what is causing it. Can it be baby powder, type of soap? The lump is still there and seems to be slowly filling back up again.

it seems to a infection which causing the boil.

i advise you to keep the area air free and apply some antibacterial cream on the affected area.

don't use pampers that will lead to possibility of causing such condition in the genital area.use mild cotton cloth.
if the boil is coming on and off you need a antibiotic for such infection with proper consultation with pediatrician.
