What Medications Are To Be Given For Fever And Cold?

i have been suffering from fever since yest. during day time it seems fine. But during night , i have high temperature and i feel cold. I have been havin dolo650 since yest. Once i have this temperature drops and i feel fine but once the effect of tablet subsides, i again feel feverish. Let me know if i should consult a doctor or continue with this pill and see how it goes for 2 more days.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this could be viral infection and now it is almost two days gone since you have a fiver so the routine blood test is the option remained for you, and for this better to see the physician for clinical examination, you have miss to mentioned your age and gender this was necessary here, take care and have a nice day.
