Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Meth consists of stimulant drugs and it is known to precipitate acute psychotic episode. These symptoms persist even after taking proper treatment. The symptoms like hearing voices, voices telling him that GOD is speaking to him are probably hallucinations. Consultation of a Psychiatrist is advised in such symptoms. Antipsychotic medicines like Olanzapine, Haloperidol, Risperidone, Quetiapine etc are commonly used in treatment of acute psychosis. These medicines help to reduce symptoms of hearing voices and will also help in sleeping. These medicines are free of serious side effects and can be taken on long term basis.

Visit a psychiatrist for prescription.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
