General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Mr. Yogesh Sharma.

With your sisters current situation, the only thing required is liver monitoring and nothing else. We can go ahead and concentrate on her liver post-partum (after delivery). The pregnancy is in my opinion the sole cause for the elevated liver enzymes, and this should gradually normalize after delivery.

She is not in any danger and will soon stabilize after delivery. A gynecologist and physician together are the perfect team to care for your sister, do not worry and trust me when I say things will normalize soon after delivery, such things happen and are normal.

Best wishes.
