Hello and welcome to HCM,
The problem of irregular periods occurs most commonly due to hormonal imbalances.
Few investigations are required to diagnose the condition and thus start treatment.
An endometrial biopsy or endometrial curreting will help to assess the status of endometrium.
Consult your gynecologist for prescription of the investigations and thus further management.

Thanks and take care
