What Medication Is Suggested For Angioplasty After Two Stents?

i had angioplasty recently putting two stents. Have been recommended Tollol XR 25 mg, Prasita 10 mg, Disperine half tab. and night Remisave 10 mg and Rozarel 20 mg. My BP remains at 90/50-55 and cholesterol levels and all other blood tests are within limits. Went for angiography and plasty as precautionary measure and not aftyer any attack or physical manifestation. I FEEL AS A PHARMACIST MYSELF THAT THE MEDICINES DOSAGES CAN BE REDUCED TO HALF OR EVEN LESSER. YOUR ADVICE PLEASE.

The dose of medicine you have mentioned , were carefully checked. They are with in the recommended therapeutic range. Reducing the doses of these medicines may do harm. They are given for prevention of further development of blocks in the coronary arteries and to reduce the risk factors for coronary heart disease. Hence kindly continue the medicines as per the advised dose. Tab. prasita can be stopped after one year and other medicines may have to be continued life long.
