What Medication And Care Is Suggested For A Heart Attack Patient?

The same thing happened to me (heart attack) except the heart attack was a month later. The dentist failed to prescribed antibiotics in time and the infection caused a blood clot already formed before I got antibiotics from my primary care doctor. I am 57 and was fairly healthy except for high blood pressure. The dentist was a visiting oral surgeon to my regular dental office. He did not even look at my medical history or take my blood pressure.

Hi,

I have gone through your query and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

Usually, when dental work is to be carried out, there are many factors to be evaluated including properly treatment of a banal tooth infection.

Furthermore, the anesthetic solution used when doing dental work can also have its effects on cardiac-vascular system.

I suggest to discuss with your primary physician first before going to dentist in order to take a referral with all your medical records.

Wish fast recovery!
