What measures should be taken to get rid of stomach flab and achieve a toned body ?

i am years old and I have a problem with my stomach ,not any pain or no problem in digestive system but it s look like a big balloon and have no time to exercise,jogging, yoga or whatever. Kindly suggest how to look like a smart body.

To reduce tummy fat Diet and Lifestyle Regular exercise would do you no good without the proper diet. To reduce belly fat, try to stay away from foods with sodium. Eat foods rich in fiber and add a balanced amount of carbs in your diet. Drink lots of water and skip the heavy meals at night. Finally, live a healthy lifestyle. Stop smoking and keep your mind away from stress.
But exercise is very important to reduce the tummy weight, you can try simple breathing exercise which you can do, even sitting on the chair, inhalation followed by forceful exhalation will help.
You have to perform at least half an hour per day do get the result.

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.If you want a smart body then you have to cut down on your calorie intake,stop eating junk food and colas,eating fresh fruits and green veggies,quitting smoking and moderating alcohol intake and most important doing regular outdoor aerobic exercises for 40 to 60 minutes a day.Remember ,if you don't have time for your body then your body also won't have time for you.Thanks and good luck.
