What measures should I take to reduce abdominal fat and enhance bust size ?

i m 34 yr, 45 kg, single, 32-30-33, hemoglobin which is 10.4 gm/dl T3 2.89, T4 10.63, TSH 1.22 , rbs 80 how can i reduce my abdominal muscles from 30 to less or 26 as this will further give shape to me as i had small shape seems bit irregular

seems to be normal..,
Hence go for following proceduyres..,
1) Take Nutrition diet...Number of times..,
at regular intervals....ok..,
2) Take green leafy vegetables with fresh fruits..,
3) Reduce sugars and fatty oils...,as much as posible..,
4) Regular walking brisk type...2 times daily before food..,
or 2 hrs after food ...
will give good result ...ok...good luck..,

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. instead you use for building blood picture, by eating green leefy vegetables, egg, fruits. fats you can have liberally. to stop agregation of fat in the abdomen, start doing gardening, yoga , and running or brisk walk. never be lazy. thank you.
