,stick to it,be honest with your self,avoid junk food.Regular exercise of about 30 minutes/day at least days in a week is must.Please also look for reasons like hypothyroidism
etc.you weight.Please talk to your doctor about this.You have to work continuously.No short term plans or crash diet
