Hello and welcome to HCM,
I will address your issues one by one.
A urine routine and microscopy should be done to look for infection in the
urinary tract.
If infection is present, urine culture and drug sensitivity should be done.
The urine examination is necessary to identify the infection and start appropriate treatment for it.
A previously normal uterus (I assume) which is appearing bicornuate on ultrasound with history of DNC, ablation, abdominal and
vaginal pain can be due to formation of adhesions.
Adhesions can be responsible for appearance of
bicornuate uterus on ultrasound.
Thus, consult your gynaecologist for further investigations.
Hysterosalpingography can be done to delineate the
uterine cavity and fallopian tubes.
In case adhesions can are present, they can be removed by a simple procedure.
Thanks and take care
