Hello and welcome to HCM,
A blood pressure of 88/55 is quite low and bound to cause headache, dizziness, light headedness, etc.
The medication to lower the blood pressure can be the probable cause of low blood pressure.
I suggest you to consult your treating physician at the earliest.
A low blood pressure along with rapid pulse (pulse of 122/ minute) suggests volume overload on heart.
The dose of anti-hypertensive drug has to be monitored.
In addition, clinical assessment of cardiac system also needs to be done to look for any abnormality.

Thanks and take care
