What Leads To Chest Pain?

I took a couple of pills two days ago without water. Now I have sharp chest pains (nothing unbearable) whenever I swallow, especially after eating food. I'm not sure whether to see a doctor or just to wait it out. Some advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello

Abdominal pain may be due to many reasons like gastritis,cardio-pulmonary causes etc.
Your history may suggest gastritis.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver and renal function test, ultrasound of abdomen,ECG.

You may need to take tablet pantoprazole 40 mg single dose half hour before food in the morning for four weeks.

If symptoms persists then cardiopulmonary causes should also be screened.

Get well soon.
Take Care
