What Leads To Chest Discomfort And Pain?

Gud morning . My name is Parag Agarwal with 26 years age. I am felling discomfort in my heart and it provides a little pain for at least 5 to 6 second and stops. I have been undergo with ecg also . My first ecg is abnormal and again after 24hours I have another ecg that shows normal and after another 5 days I have another ecg that is also normal. But I now I am having total bed rest for last 10 days. Still I am felling weakness and little bit of heart discomfort.please tell me what to do because I am in depressed mode that what happened to me.

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned what kind of abnormality was detected in first EKG it is advisable to get done the stress test and ECHO, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
