Any food rich in Omega 3's is good. Natural peanut butter-1 tablespoon a day or a handful of peanuts, Albacore tuna, herring, salmon, sardines, Omega 3 fish oil pills and garlic pills also have been helpful in lowering cholesterol
and you get them at health food stores or anywhere that sells vitamins
, etc... Exercise will also lower it. But to lower cholesterol, avoid red meats and dairy products and eat more fruits and vegetables.
