What Kind Of Pain Will Be Associated With Ovarian Cancer?

I have had pain in lower right back for about 3 and 1/2 weeks. Thought it was muscle strain. Went to chiropracter. No better. Felt like a muscle spasm over kidney area for first 3 weeks, but in last several days, have noticed radiant pain moving toward front right. I am 46 years old, had a vaginal hysterectomy 8 years ago. Ovaries are still intact. I did not have uterine cancer. I am freaking out that my back ache could be ovarian cancer. I don t think it s kidney - as I have had stones before, and have had none of the symptoms associated with them this time. I feel some pressure on bending forward on lower front now also. Pain can be relieved while lying on back or walking. Can you describe the kind of pain that is associated with ovarian cancer? I can t find anything that described the back pain, though I know it can be a symptom. I have an appt w/ my GP on Friday. Thank you for any help you can give.
