What Is Treatment To Stop Bleeding From Diaphragm?
my mother had chemo/cauterization on her liver and the diaphragm was nicked and now there is bleeding from the diaphragm what should be done in order to stop the bleeding? She is in atrial fib and can't breath and they have administered two units of blood. She is bloating and her urine output is dark. They are putting in a tube. Will this stop the bleeding and will she be alright?
Hello, 1) Spontaneous bleeding from diaphragm is rare. Does this bleeding episode occur after any kind of intervention to liver for any type of cancer? 2) As she is suffering from atrial fibrillation, she might taking blood thinning medication which prevent to form blood clot to stop bleeding. 3) Dark urine suggest kidney is not working properly due to less blood in body (blood loss induced hypotension). 4) It is very unlikely that bleeding from diaphragm will stop spontaneously
