What is this white spot on my forehead with white eyebrow color ?

From your description I think you may be having SEGMENTAL VITILGO.
you may send me your pics for confirmation. Medical treatment mostly doesnt work on this type of vitiligo but responds excellently to surgery. The various options are
Noncultured melanocyte transplantation

As rightly pointed by Dr.Gaurang, you need to be evaluated and may need to undergo surgical correction. Certain syndromes like Waardenburg syndrome need to be ruled out as well.

for your white spot start Ayurvedic preparation argwadhasav 2tsf twise daily with worm water and aply bakuchi lepam on spot, it will have burning sensation and will have papuls but after healing it will appear a normal skin

Nasrul ,if the lesions are milky white in color ,then what you are having is called VITILIGO.Its a autoimmune condition where in our own cell start killing our melanocyte cells in the skin and thus leading to white patches.At times it is associated with thyroid problem also ,so you should get a blood check up done to rule out other auto immune conditions as well.
There are various treatments available in allopathy,but it depends whether the patches are spreading or not.Options available are :
1) oral and topical steroids
2) melanocyl tablets
3) phototherapy(PUVA & NBUVB)
4) Surgery
5) lasers
6) other topical creams like tacrolimus and pimecrolimus.
Treatment depends upon your stage and activity of the lesion.
So consult a dermatologist who would explain you the cause and treatment options .
