What Is This White Bump In My Penis And Testicle Which Is Yellow In Color While Erected ?

I have white bumps on my pennis idk if its pus or what also got them on my testicules and when i have an erection most of the time it comes yellow i have never had sex with no1 im 17 and im worried cause it does not come white my sperm what is it and should i go to the urologist thanks tho.

most common cause is sebaceous cyst of scrotum.Semen color is mostly white of off white .But in my opinion doubt must be cleared from urologist to avoid any tension.
