What Is This Swollen, Flesh Colored Lump Behind The Ears ?

My boyfriend has swollen, soft, flesh-colored lumps behind his ears. They grow and decrease randomly, but have never gone away. I don t know when he got them or if they re filled with anything, because he doesn t like me to look at them. Any idea what it is?

Hi!,
Welcome To HealthcareMagic forum,
Probably it is just a swollen lymph node. This indicates some sort of infection near that area.It can also be a sebaceous cyst which can decrease in size when squeezed and then recur. Talk to your boy friend about any skin ,throat or ear infection and if he gets fever on & off.He should consult a physician and get it diagnosed .
