Hi,thanks for query.Dear first of all please understand that trust is the main base of any relationship.Who told you that not feeling tightness or sounds coming from vagina are the indicators of previous abortion ? Please understand there is no way you can be sure of this ,except examination by a gynecologist. In my opinion please remove this from your mind, otherwise you will not able to enjoy your imporatant days of life.
wishing you good health.
