What Is This Scabbing White Tip On Foreskin Of Penis After Unprotected Sex ?
I had unprotected sex with a female (i am male) about 3 weeks ago, a few days ago, I notice about 5-6 pimples (one larger that the rest) with a white tip on my foreskin/shaft of penis.. They now have a scabbing tip that is painful to the touch and when the scab is removed, i can see a open sore/cut.... what is this?

Hi the description mentioned is typical of balanitis.it is usually mixture of bacterial and fungal infection.it is mainly due to white discharge of the partner and also due to diabetes.
It can be cured by azithromycin 1000mg on day one followed by 500 mg for three days and use of flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for four weeks and application of fudic cream in the morning and nizral ointment in the night
