Hi Crystal,
Welcome to HCM. If there is no pain or discharge from the nipple, there is nothing to worry about. You have not mentioned whether you are lactating (breast feeding) or not. If you are breast feeding have to exclude milk ducts being blocked. Normally tiny nodules are seen on the areola, which is usual and nothing to worry about. Wish you all the best.
