Hello doctor , I m 27yrs old female single.. I hve a fair complxn bt i hve lots of black pimple like on my buttock it looks very bad,my boyfrnd is very unhappy abt it.. Usually pimples due to deficiency of vitamins or fungal infections For this you should take following treatment-
Pearl evion 400mg 1 tab twice
Ointment acnesol locally apply on face
Vitamine becasule once daily
Steam on face for 2-3 minutes in every 2-3 days
