i am 21 years old when i move my penis foreskin back then a black mark appears on it like an acnebump. it does not pains too n does not create any problem and it under m foreskin from last 3-4 years.can anyone plz help me dat what is this?

Has here been any pain, redness and inflammation with discharge at that site before. It could be from infection and inflammation resolution causing pigmentation. It could also be a pigment disorder like melanosis. Do you have weight loss. But it would be best you consult a Dermatologist to rule out melanoma which can be dangerous. Do not delay.
