What Is The Yellow Jelly Like Substance In My Stools?

I am 28yr old female. About 6 1/2 weeks pregnant. No significant health history, but I do have Fibromyalgia. Over the past 4 days I have excruciating pain on my right side just below the level of my belly button. My stool have a dark yellow jelly like substance in them. The attacks occur suddenly only seem to last about 15minutes or less and then I feel completely fine. The pain is so severe i am doubled over in tears literally rocking on the toilet. thanks for your time.
