welcome to Health care magic.
1.Abdominal hernias are generally with out pouching, symptoms can be similar to what you are having, but you are not localising the pain.
2.Cholelithiasis can also give the similar symptoms.
3.Other causes might be bowel infection / inflammation, renal stones, acid peptic diseases.
4.How ever you need to get an appointment and your doctor might ask for an ultrasound, which will help in narrowing the diagnosis or definitive diagnosis.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
