Hello there,
The only confirmed way to tell if you are pregnant or not is by doing a urine pregnancy test or an ultrasound. Did your doctor do any of these before telling you that you are not pregnant? Norethisterone is a hormonal medicine which when taken for 5 days will cause you to get your periods in a day or two after stopping it. Usually this medicine is given after confirming that there is no pregnancy. However if you do take this medicine and you are pregnant you will not get a period even after stopping it. If you are not convinced that you are not pregnant get a urine pregnancy kit at home and find out. It is very accurate especially after so many days of missing your period. Hope this helps. Take care.
