Hi dear, it is a beta blocker named metoprolol prescribed in Hypertension and heart problem like angina(Chest pain) controls cardiac activity. Its a routinely prescribed medicine with minor side effect like weakness,tiredness, fatigue,dizziness. But does not happen in all.
