OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

GESTOFIT contains Dydrogesterone as active ingredient and it is a progesterone supplement which helps to support pregnancy and prevent early miscarriage by combating deficiency.

As you had previous H/O miscarriage, I suggest you to take it for better perspective of healthy pregnancy. It should be taken vaginally, as directed by your doctor.

Another thing, she must take vitamin and folic acid supplements for at least 3 months to give better development of fetal nervous system.

Hope, it helps for your information. Good luck.
