hi, i am 53 years old, i feel mild tremor in the upper lip, at the left side which tries for some time then stop and the tremor continue in the right hand, particularly the the index finger, thanks

Hello Aldooshy,

I can understand your concern. As you have tremors on the left lip and right finger, the tremors seems to be unrelated to major nerve pathology as in that case both the tremors should be on the same side.

It seems that you have developed Vitamin B12 deficiency. If you start taking Vitamin B12 supplement (B-Folcin) once a day for about a month, the tremors should stop.

If the tremors do not stop or decrease in about a month after starting supplements or you develop more tremors in other parts of the body, then you should see a physician or a neurologist for examination and further investigations.
