What Is The Treatment To Get Rid Of Genital Warts?

I recently went to get checked and found out I had genital warts I haven t undergone any treatment but as a male with diabetes the warts seem to be spreading. Some warts seem to disappear after a while but new ones just keep growing in place. I just basically wash the infected area (uncircumcised hood) to try the best I can to keep it from getting out of control. I don t have a Family doctor or a normal doctor for that matter. I need help and I don t know what to do, should I go to the emergency room? What are my options?

Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!

The best treatment for genital warts would be surgical treatment either with electrocautery or cryotherapy. Often times some ointments might work like salicylic acid but surgical will give you the best clearance rates.
