What Is The Treatment To Gain Weight?

Hello. I am a 25 year old unmarried girl, height 160 cm & weight 40 kg. I am a vegetarian but I do eat eggs. I have had no medical issues so far. I am severely underweight & never seem to gain any weight. I have always been skinny like this & really want to gain some muscle & fat all over the body. Can there be some issue with my digestive enzymes? Can you please suggest me what should I do. Thanks in advance.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. First thing you should do is to rule out malabsorption syndromes by doing routine stool test. If that is present it should be treated properly. Digestive enzymes also works good in some malabsorption syndrmes. Deworming should be done atleast yearly once by medications like albendazole. As a vegetarian you can use eggs, milk products, nuts like almond etc. You should also have a proper exercise daily.Non stressful life and proper sleep for 8 hours also is needed. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
