What Is The Treatment Required After Analyzing HSG Results?

My HSG results says the endometrial cavity has a normal configuration without filling effects, or contour abnormalities. There is minimal opacification of the left fallopian tube without spillage of contrast. There is no opacification of or spillage from the right tube. Can you please explain and advise what need to be done? I have been trying to get pregnant for the past few years. Thanks so much!!

Hi. With the reports you have provided it is always better to go for Diagnostic Laparoscopy , usually a day-care procedure to know the exact problem . This will help you for further treatment as the diagnosis will be clear.
