What is the treatment plan or next course of action for a CT scan of Temporal Bone W/o Contrast showing: Sclerotic periperal mastoid bilaterally more on right of questionable significance. Female. Age 39. Hx of 3 episodes of AOM as adult; had ET tubes as child but since removed. Hx of vasomotor rhinitis on Atrovent 0.06% nasal spray.
