I am a 44 year old male,i have sore nipples.I have had it for about 7 months.I did see a doctor and he did not seem to concerned.They only are sore to the touch.I am on blood pressure pills and depression pills.Could this be the cause.Should i be concerned about this,otherwise i feel fine.

welcome to hcm, there may be two reasons behind your sore nipple one is anti depresant the other being a hormonal change in your body like in gynacomastia . this will go off by itself. as it happens in puberty..infection in the breast ,mastitis may also cause sore nipples. hope this explains
