Take 60 mg Armour Thyroid each morning
Take Lisinopril & Hydrochlorothiazide 20/12.5 each night
I've taken Benedryl every night for several years
Sneezing attack lasting a few hours with incontinence
Next day not feeling right
Exercised vigorously at Curves
Started cramping mid day
Cramping so bad the next day that I could not eat, sit up or stand
Better the next day (yesterday) rested most of the day
Cramping still off and on today - will be doing office work
Painful urination - not burning, just aching
Feel like my bladder is falling out and pain in my clitoris every once in awhile
A bit of Mucous in stools
Vital signs are good
BP 109/75
No fever, no nausea
This may be the 3rd time over a few years that I have experienced this - I think it might be a kidney stone. I have never gone to the doctor for it.
I don't drink many fluids - three cups of water a day with supplements and sometimes tea or a mocha
1-2 alcoholic drinks a week when eating out - no hard alcohol in the house
1-2 glasses of wine at home per week - more often none
I voluntarily run a non profit company and love it but administrate over 70 volunteers, teach over 100 kids, mentor other leaders and deal with board issues so the stress is there.
I spend at least half of each day at my computer administrating via email. The rest of the time I am teaching my kids at home or at rehearsals or running errands
I sleep an average of 5-6 hours per night for about 2 months now - maybe due to thyroid - am having that checked.
Stopped Benedryl 3 days ago
Will drink 8 oz or more water mixed with pure cranberry juice today every hour
