If I were your doctor, I would advise you for a sitz bath (sitting on a bowl/basin containing luke warm water) for five minutes, two to three times a day, an anti inflammatory drug along with a proton pump inhibitor, and a broad spectrum antibiotic against anaerobs as well for 5-7 days. This would control the problem. If not, I would not hesitate to refer you to a general surgeon for a physical examination and further needful.
