What Is The Treatment Of Cold And Sinusitis?
I had a cold/sinus infection. It s still lingering after 3 weeks. I have a dry throat and gag on post nasal drip. The fever is low grade and comes and goes. I was put on levaquin today for a second round to finish off the sinus issue. My tongue is coated and I m just blahhh

As if sinus infection or pharyngitis which is usually viral with time not resolving , than antibiotic started ...
You are given levofloxacin ...Complete its course ....
Along with also take benadryl like antihistaminic drug .. ..
Salt water gargles done ...
Use room humidifier or nebulizer if living in US ....
Warm compress applied over sinus area ....
Avoid excess spicy food ....
Avoid smoking ...
Take care ...
