19 yo female 5' 5" 190 lbs. Taking no meds. symptoms include soft stool with blood on it but not in it. blood is bright red. pain on lower right abdomen. bowel leakage as well, a light tan excrement found on underwear frequently. rash developed after bowel inconstinence.

I really appreciate your concern, I would suggest that it is nothing to worry because blood stain stool could be due to constipation, and first it needs to be confirmed the bleeding per rectum else it could be vaginal bleeding, if the symptoms long last then you will have to go for clinical examination hope this information helps.
