My son aged 6 years is having night wheezing. He often coughs in the middle of the night. Doctor has advised Seroflo. I wanted to know when can I stop giving him Seroflo. He does not cough any more but always has could and a running nose. What also can be the future course of medication. THanks, Mehul.
Thanks for your question on HCM. Night time wheezing in children os most commonly seen in asthma. And asthma needs regular treatment. In my opinion you should give seroflo twice daily. And also give him antihistamines. In many children asthma cured itself once maturity achieves. And avoid allergens for better control. If your son has only night time wheezing means there may be some allergen in eithet bedsheets or pillow etc. Try to search for this.
