hi im a 23 year old female and iv been having health problems for awhile now, at the moment im feeling very week, faint and dizzy. my heartbeat is rapid and my vision is starting to blurr. i also feel like im going to vomit and cant seem to eat more then a bite or two. my other problems include digestion problems such as bleeding out both ends, reflux and almost anything else u can think of in that area. i have coeliacs also. im having constant infections and was recently treated for a widespread infection. iv had thrush for a month and a half, taken 4 doses of meds for it and the used the cream (it gets worse with cream)it wont go away. my colonoscopy and throat camera showed swelling in my stomach and a brittle intestine. i would go to the hospital as im feeling like i could pass out. however its my cousins funeral tomorow and i dont want to seem like im trying to take attention away.o and my veins have become very prominent right now. im 76 kilos and was 104 kilos , im 164 cm. other mental health problems include OCD depression an anxiety. im on no meds cept the contraceptive pill.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
First of all stop the contraceptive pills as they would be harmful for your OCD problems as well as the bowel problems that you have described.
Weakness, fainting, reflux can be treated symptomatically by a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone and an antacid.
Bleeding fro both ends needs to be investigated by actual oral examination and per-rectal digital examination along with colonoscopy. Blood tests of bleeding and clotting times, prothrombine time.
Oral thrush can be due to reduced immunity and thus needs to be tested for taking proper anti-fungal oral and local applications.
Upper GI has already been done and get a prescription accordingly to be followed properly.
It would be better to get a Psychiatrist's opinion as OCD needs to be well controlled.
